Talent Show Sign-Up Sheet 2010
 
The Annual Youth Talent Show will be held on Sunday, February 21, following the second service. Following a delicious Philadelphia-themed lunch, you will be treated to the best show in town.
 
Would you like to share your talent? We are soliciting:

  • Musical Acts
  • Comedy
  • Dance
  • Poetry, Dramatic Readings
  • Be Creative!
There is a $3.00/per person Entry Fee for acts, which includes your lunch. Fill out the form below and submit it to save your spot. Make sure to include any dietary needs. Spots are limited, so reserve your spot today.
