Chancel Choir:
The Chancel Choir is the musical backbone of the 11:00 AM worship service, striving for excellence in providing a variety of spirit-filled traditional choral music. The choir is led by Director Ricki Moyer and Organist/Pianist Kevin Kennedy. Rehearsals are Thursday evenings from 6:45 - 8:45 PM in the Fellowship hall. The Chancel Choir participates in the 11:00 worship service every Sunday morning from September through May, as well as special services throughout the year. New members are always welcome to join this vital ministry and fellowship of singers.

Gospel Choir:
The Gospel Choir provides a great variety of gospel-style choral and solo singing, energizing the 9:15 AM worship services on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month, with solos and ensembles on the 1st and 3rd Sundays. The choir rehearses Sunday mornings at 8:00 AM in the Chapel. New members are always welcome!

Other Small Ensembles, from duets to octets, are organized by Ricki Moyer for Sunday morning services and special occasions. Groups include voices of every range and skill level.
Adult Bell Choir:
The Adult Bell Choir (Celebration Ringers), under the leadership of Chris Odde, continues to grow and develop beautiful English Handbell sounds and techniques in its unique way of "making a joyful noise to the Lord." It can be heard in worship every 4th Sunday, and also offers its music at special church occasions. Rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 PM in the Sanctuary. If you ring bells, or would like to, come and join us!
Youth Music Program
Mid-High and Senior High Youth:
The “Flame”(Grades 6 – 12) singers and ringers rehearse Thursday evenings from 6:30 – 8:00 pm in the Balcony Parlor under the energetic leadership of Janeka Taylor, a graduate of PHUMC’s youth program. This group will sing and ring for worship every month as well as special church occasions. Young Children
The “Con Brio” (ages 3 – 4) and “Spark” (grades K – 5) Choirs provide a chance for the younger members of the congregation to sing to the Lord. The “Spark Bells” gives them a chance to learn to ring handbells. The Spark Choir and Bells rehearse Thursday evenings from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. The choir, under the direction of Jennifer Arnold, sings for worship every 2nd Sunday and presents Christmas and Spring “Cantatas.” The bells, under the direction of Thomas Kielmayer, also ring at worship services every 2nd Sunday. The role of music in worship has been well defined over the years, and Park Hill UMC has had a rich and varied tradition. Opportunities are provided for adults, youth and children to participate in a variety of musical offerings.
