Funeral Services
It is our desire to provide a dignified service of remembrance for your loved one. The pastor and director of music can help you plan the service as well as offer suggestions for appropriate musical selections. Please call the church office for more information 303-322-1867.
Funeral fees will be waived for church members.

Receptions and dinners can be arranged with local caterers or grocery stores. Coffee, hot water for tea, cups, napkins, paper or plastic tablecloths will provided.
Memorial Gifts may be directed to Park Hill United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, Organ Fund, or a designation of your choosing.
Columbarium/Memorial Garden
Members of PHUMC now have the choice to provide a church home for their earthly remains.
The Memorial Garden and Columbarium will allow parishioners to be remembered in the spiritual home they loved in life.
Also, there is an opportunity to honor loved ones who are buried elsewhere by having their names engraved on a stone tile on the patio area of the garden.
Park Hill’s Memorial Garden will contain vaults for 476 urns, and the two communal vaults will hold the ashes of hundreds of people.
Each vault, for the burial of one urn, will sell for $750. The purchaser can choose a site in the walk, the raised planter, or the lawn. This includes the cost of engraving the name and the dates of birth and death on stone near the burial site.
The cost of burial in the communal crypt (ashes only, no urn) is $500. This includes the engraving of a name and the birth and death date on a stone on the patio.
There are five family vaults which are located in the raised planter. These vaults will each sold as a unit for $6000. This cost will include engraving.
A stone site for engraving a name and the dates of birth and death for a person who is not buried at Park Hill is available for $350. This will allow those who previously selected another burial site to be remembered in Park Hill’s Memorial Garden.
